Frederic Planche

Frederic Planche currently serves as the Technical Manager and Lead of the Electrical Department at Sofresid Engineering, where responsibilities include modifying electrical designs for the integration of the Water Ballast Treatment System and managing project studies in collaboration with CMA-CGM teams. As a Package Manager at Saipem, Frederic oversees an EPC contract with Congo Bouygues for the relocation of power lines. Previous roles at Saipem include Engineering Coordination and Project Management for the Shah Deniz 2 project, and Deputy Head Manager of the Electrical Engineering Department in Mexico, where ongoing projects were monitored. Early career experience includes serving as an Electrical Field Engineer on the Livorno project in the UAE, focusing on instrumentation and electrical installations, as well as designing electrical scopes for LNG conversions. Frederic holds a License Specialty in Marine Electronics Embedded Systems from Université de Bretagne Occidentale.
