Jon Watson is an experienced health, safety, and environment (HSE) professional with a robust background in project management and leadership within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Project Health Safety Environment Manager at Saipem since November 2025, Jon previously held the position of Senior HSES Manager at McDermott International, Ltd, from February 2024 to November 2025. His diverse experience includes roles at ExxonMobil, where Jon was the HSE Manager for OT2 & OT3 Projects and the PMC5 II HSE Leader, and at QatarEnergy LNG, serving as Head of HSE and Project HSE Lead.
