Thiago Grechi

Thiago Grechi is a co-founder of SCALE PARTNERS, where they oversee financials, unit economics, governance, fundraising processes, and M&A. They graduated with a degree in Accounting from UFRGS and completed multiple MBA programs, including one in Global Management at ISCTE in Lisbon. Thiago has held leadership roles in various companies, notably serving as CFO and IRO at NEOGRID, where they coordinated the company’s IPO in 2020, and as CFO at ACCERA, achieving significant revenue growth. Additionally, Thiago is a mentor, board member, and investor in start-ups.
