Saiyō is the embedded recruitment partner for Series A to pre-IPO Technology companies.

Flat monthly subscription. No agency fees. 65% lower cost per hire.

We embed like an RPO but headhunt like a search firm, so your bar goes up, not down.

Most embedded models drop a TA generalist into your seat. Useful, but it's the same engine you already have. Saiyō embeds senior headhunters with 5+ years of Technology search behind them. Their day job is going out: market maps, named-target outreach, and calibrated conversations with people who weren't looking. The process work happens too, but the operator was trained to hunt first.

Accountable, not billable.

Built to move at the pace of scaling Technology companies, covering Leadership, GTM, Marketing, Product, Engineering and all customer-facing hiring globally.

Three ways to work with us:

Recruitment as a Service (RaaS). Your dedicated embedded headhunting team on a flat monthly fee. End to end delivery, embedded into your process as part of your team.

Executive Search. Precision headhunting for leadership hires. CRO, VP Sales, VP Marketing, CFO. Global networks.

CV as a Service (CVaaS). Top-of-funnel capacity at fixed cost per CV. We source, screen and shortlist. Your team closes. Built for in-house TA that needs scale without permanent headcount.
