In 2005, Mr. Salem Ali Sultan Hilal Al Saboosi founded Sajaya Real Estate, a company that has since become a leading provider of premium real estate solutions in Dubai. With over 20 residential and commercial buildings under our management, we take pride in offering prime locations that are tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. As our business grew, we recognized the need for comprehensive fire protection services, leading to the establishment of Sajaya Fire Protection Systems LLC in 2007. Today, we are a trusted provider of fire protection and safety services across Dubai, serving over 200 clients with our exceptional maintenance and installation projects. In 2011, we expanded our services to include facility management with the establishment of Sajaya Facilities Management Services LLC providing all the facility management services not only to its own buildings but to others as well. Furthermore, Sajaya Contracting was formally established in 2011 as an addition to our group of companies, offering expert construction services to our clients. With a commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, Sajaya Contracting delivers projects that exceed client expectations. We are proud to offer a comprehensive suite of real estate and related services that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
