Max Green

Max Green, a New York native, is a seasoned beverage and hospitality consultant with over 20 years of experience in the field. They served as the head bartender at Amor y Amargo, a key role that contributed to the bar's recognition in prominent industry awards. In 2018, Max opened Blue Quarter, their own speakeasy-style cocktail bar, and has consulted for Marriott International, enhancing bar programs at luxury properties globally. Currently, Max is the Head of Trade Advocacy at Sake ONO, having previously held the position of Corporate Bar Director for Hospitality Department, Point Seven, and Bronze Owl, where they developed unique cocktail programs that complement culinary menus. Max holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Maryland.
