Alexey Plotnikov is currently the Head of CWI Concept Design and a CWI Concept Engineer at Sakhalin Energy, where they have been since 2021. Previously, they held several positions at Sakhalin Energy, including Senior Well Engineer and Senior Completion & Well Intervention Supervisor, and at Exxon Neftegas Limited as a Subsurface Engineer. Alexey began their career as a Production Technologist at Sakhalin Energy (Shell JV) from 2011 to 2012. They hold an engineering degree from Ufa State Petroleum Technological University and are pursuing a CWI Round 2 Certificate from Shell.
