Many local tradespeople do not sell online. Their work is offline, and digital commerce is often out of reach due to limited technical knowledge or lack of access to smartphones and digital tools.

At Sakura, we build and test autonomous systems that run local trade businesses (currently in Nigeria) online end-to-end — handling customer conversations, sales, payments, and fulfillment.

These systems are designed to act independently, improve based on results, and operate without human involvement.

The goal is not assistance, but autonomy: enabling underserved tradespeople to earn online without needing to understand or manage ecommerce processes.
