Van Le is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various industries. In 2007, Van worked at Northern Trust as a Senior Portfolio Analyst, handling institutional investment management and servicing for APAC markets. Additionally, Van gained experience as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from 2010 to 2012. Van also explored social enterprises in 2013 before joining RH Petrogas Limited later that year. At RH Petrogas Limited, Van held a commercial role from 2013 to 2016. Van then joined Traveloka in 2016 as the CEO of Traveloka Vietnam, where they played a crucial role in building the company in the country. After leaving Traveloka, Van worked at Home Credit Vietnam as the CMPO (Chief Product, Marketing & Research, BOM in Executive Committee) from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, Van held multiple roles at different companies, including CEO and Consultant at 021 Advisory and Technology Company Limited, Mentor at Quest Ventures, and Chief Mobility Officer at Be Group. Van is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Saladin, a FinTech startup focused on InsurTech in Vietnam.

Van Le completed their Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Banking & Finance and a minor in Communication & Media Studies from Nanyang Business School from 2004 to 2007. In 2017, they earned a Master Certificate in Hotel Revenue Management + Advanced Hospitality RM: Pricing and Demand Strategies from Cornell University. Prior to that, in 2016 to 2017, Van Le obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD.

Van Le also holds several additional certifications, including "Excellent in Private Equity and Deal Structuring" from CFA Singapore in 2015, "Advanced Letter of Credit" from the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry in 2014, "Oil & Gas Property Evaluation" from NSAI Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc in 2013, and they passed the CFA Level II exam from CFA Institute in 2010.
