Senior Sales Representative at Saladmaster

Stuart Brown is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in food service and sales. Currently serving as a per diem cook at Northwell Health Hospital Valley Stream since September 2020, Stuart also works as a Senior Sales Representative for Saladmaster, promoting healthier cooking through in-home demonstrations. Previous roles include Executive Sous Chef at Village Club of Sands Point and Chef-Consultant at various establishments, including Mac 'N' Melts and The Oak Room Tavern. Stuart owned and operated fork & vine restaurant/On3 Restaurant, recognized as a food destination on Long Island, and held positions as Executive Chef at Maxxel's Seafood Bar and Grill and Mae Browne's Restaurant/Aegean East Restaurant. Stuart's culinary education includes an AOS in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a BOS in Business Marketing with a minor in Creative Writing from the University of Rhode Island.
