SalAI is an AI-powered procurement intelligence platform built for Cyprus hospitality. We help 4- and 5-star hotels turn raw procurement data into measurable savings, surfacing waste, forecasting demand, and flagging supplier pricing anomalies through a simple dashboard.
Our engine was validated on real procurement data before we brought it to hospitality. Now we're focused on Cyprus's hotel sector, where an estimated 10% of procurement spend goes undetected every year (Ardent Partners, 2024).
Cyprus first. Mediterranean hospitality next.
