The SALAO restaurant, helmed by Chef Aitor Garcia Sanchez, formerly of Restaurant Gaig by Carles Gaig and also Heart Ibiza by Albert & Ferran Adrià, creates dishes which showcases the Catalan region with a passion for using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients by his creative cooking techniques.
