Thomas Qvist

Thomas Qvist has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on quality assurance and management. Thomas is currently the co-founder and CPO of Salary, a startup that provides an online platform for matching employers with job seekers. Previously, they were a member of the Consulting Community, where they provided advice and guidance to startups and small businesses. Thomas has also worked as a program test manager consultant for Nykredit, PensionDanmark, and SIG Nordic. In their role as a program test manager, they are responsible for writing and implementing risk-based test strategies, managing all testing activities within the program, and establishing test data and test environments. Thomas has also implemented BDD (cucumber) test automation frameworks in agile teams.

Thomas Qvist has a Cand. IT from Aarhus University and a certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in Leading Safe. Thomas also has a certification from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in ISTQB Test management.
