Deandre Young

DeAndre Young possesses extensive experience in construction administration and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Construction Administration at Salas O'Brien since October 2025. Prior to this role, DeAndre was the MEP Project Director at Clayco from January 2024 to September 2025 and held the position of Senior Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente for over 26 years, retiring in December 2023. DeAndre's career began at Long Beach Naval Shipyard, where responsibilities included roles as a Mechanical Planner & Estimator, Mechanical Engineering Technician, and Journeyman Pipefitter/Plumber from October 1983 to September 1997. DeAndre holds a degree from California State University-Dominguez Hills, earned between 1979 and 1985.
