Stephen New has a strong background in support and development. Stephen began their career in 2005 as a Data Entry employee at TNT Express. In 2007, they interned at Merck, Sharpe & Dohme before returning to TNT Express as a Data Entry clerk from 2005 to 2007. In 2009, they joined 4Projects as a Support Analyst and worked there until 2012. From 2012 to the present, Stephen has been working at SaleCycle, where they started as an Implementation Engineer and progressed to roles such as Support Analyst Programmer, Senior Support Analyst Programmer, and Support Manager | Developer (Global). Currently, they hold the position of Head of Support, managing a team of developers and supporting the development of custom client JavaScript solutions.
