Heather Smith is the President of Salem Five Insurance, where they lead with a focus on business development and the execution of key priorities. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Heather has held positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Santee Risk Managers LLC and Zone Vice President PL Northeast at The Hanover Insurance Group. They began their career as an Outside Liability Claims Adjuster and have demonstrated expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance, Sales Management, and Underwriting. Currently, Heather is pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Maine, alongside multiple professional certifications in insurance.
