Sofia Maravich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success, operations, and account management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Pattern Data and as a Featured Thought Leader at Sales Assembly, Sofia has demonstrated a commitment to empowering teams and driving performance. Prior roles include co-founding Rethink Labs, where the focus was on helping founders scale their businesses, and serving as Head of Customer Success Operations at Measured, as well as leading client experience at Nativo Inc. Throughout a career that began at MARC USA and included roles at Gatesman+Dave, Sofia has contributed to significant revenue growth and team development.
