Mel Fox

Mel Fox has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They currently serve as the Principal Product Manager at SalesRabbit, a position they have held since 2023. In 2023, they also founded Cirque du Biere. Prior to these roles, Mel co-founded and owned Work For Your Beer, LLC, a brewery fitness brand, from 2016 onwards. They have also worked as a Senior Product Manager at Apptentive from 2022 to 2023, and as a Product Manager at Next Glass from August to December 2021.

Before their roles in the tech industry, Mel's experience included Director of Product at Lurn Inc from March to August 2021 and Senior Product Manager & Product Owner, Mobile Apps at Trane Technologies from 2018 to 2021. At Trane Technologies, they managed a smart thermostat mobile application and led the prioritization of new features, resulting in significantly improved ratings.

Mel's previous experience also includes roles at Ingersoll Rand, where they served as a Digital Engagement Leader, Penn State University Recruiting Team Lead, Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Global Portfolio Manager. In these positions, they contributed to various marketing strategies, managed social media efforts, and supported product launches.

Mel's earliest work experience was as the Photography Editor at OnwardState.com from 2009 to 2012. Throughout their career, Mel has consistently demonstrated leadership, innovation, and expertise in product management and marketing roles.

Mel Fox has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising, both earned from Penn State University between 2008 and 2012. In 2011, they also studied abroad at the University of Limerick. In terms of professional certifications, Mel obtained the Yext Certified Professional certification from Yext in April 2017. They also received several certifications from IBM in 2016, including IBM Marketing Cloud - Professional, IBM Marketing Cloud - Fundamentals, IBM Marketing Cloud - Integration, and IBM Marketing Cloud - Intermediate. In August 2016, Mel became a BrightEdge Master Certified Professional. Additionally, they obtained an edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Web Accessibility from edX in November 2022. Mel is also pursuing the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification, expected to be completed in April 2023.
