Derrick Smith

Derrick Smith is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as Partner and Co-Founder of The Firefly Group LLC since August 2017, where the focus is on acquiring growth-oriented, lower-middle market companies. Derrick is also a Partner at The Entrepreneurial Toolkit® since January 2020, aiding small and mid-sized companies in maximizing their potential. In addition, Derrick has held various leadership roles including Certified EOS Implementer and Co-Owner at EOS Worldwide, Co-Owner and Board Member at Sales Xceleration®, and Board Member and Investor at Titus Talent Strategies. Previously, Derrick was Co-Owner and Chairman of KIHM Metal Technologies and Co-Owner and Board Member of Dealers Wholesale. Derrick holds an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University Bloomington.
