Alexa Vignone

Alexa Vignone is currently the President of Technology, Media, Telco, and Consumer & Business Services at Salesforce. They have extensive experience in leadership roles at Salesforce, where they built out the Service Cloud Organization and enhanced client service experiences. Prior to Salesforce, they held significant positions at IBM, including Vice President of Product Management for the Watson Platform. Alexa also serves on the boards of Propel Software and the Ad Council, contributing to organizational strategizing and governance. They earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Vermont.
