Allen Chen

Allen Chen is currently involved in Partner Program Strategy at Salesforce, where they apply their extensive background in mental health to foster empathy and compassion in partner relationships. Previously, they held various roles at Salesforce, including Manager and Sr. Analyst positions focused on partner sales programs and strategies. Before joining Salesforce, Allen worked as a Sales Development Representative at Oracle. They are pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, building on their Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
