Alysha Smith

Alysha Smith, M.A., is a strategic learning experience design leader and gameful learning innovator currently serving as the Simulation Design Manager at Salesforce, where they lead the design and development of in-house simulations and manage stakeholder alignment. Previously, they held roles including Senior Learning Experience Designer and Instructional Systems Designer at various organizations, where they created engaging eLearning modules and gamified learning journeys. Alysha possesses a Master of Arts in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics-Secondary Education at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. Their experience includes designing blended learning curricula, developing marketing materials, and coaching fellow designers in instructional strategies.
