They served as Director of HRBP at Activision and currently work as Senior Director of Employee Success Business Partner at Salesforce, focusing on CRM Engineering and AI initiatives. Andi also has experience in managing HR for a newly acquired business at GE and held multiple HRBP positions at PepsiCo. They earned a BS and a Masters from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and are currently advancing their skills in software engineering at Hackbright Academy.
