B.C. Smith

B.C. Smith is currently the Lead Member Technical Staff at Salesforce, where they focus on advanced technical solutions. Previously, B.C. worked as a Senior Software/QA Engineer at Tendril, concentrating on test automation and mentoring other QA engineers. They also held positions as a Member Technical Staff at Oracle and Software Engineer II at BEA Systems. B.C. earned a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications Technology from Indiana University Bloomington.
