Benjamin Lam

Benjamin Lam is currently a Senior Solution Engineer at Salesforce, where they leverage their extensive experience in tech sales. Previously, they held roles as a Business Development Representative at PathFactory, where they consistently exceeded quotas, and as a Seller Coach at Talkdesk, noted for having the largest sales pipeline in Q1. Benjamin has also served as an SMB Account Executive at Zoom and continues to engage with the PreSales Collective. They are pursuing a degree in Economics from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The University of British Columbia, where they have achieved honors with a 3.7 GPA. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Benjamin has lived in NYC, Vancouver, and now LA, embracing diverse cultural experiences and a growth mindset throughout their career.
