Bennett Donovan

Bennett Donovan is the Senior Director of Engagement Delivery at Salesforce, specializing in the Public Sector unit of Salesforce Professional Services. Since 2002, Bennett has focused on delivering enterprise-wide technology solutions in the Higher Education and nonprofit sectors, prioritizing trust, communication, and strategic vision. Prior to their current role, Bennett held various positions at organizations like Blackbaud, Convio, and roundCorner, where they managed teams and optimized technology solutions to empower customers. Bennett also served as a History Professor at several universities and holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in History from the University of Texas at Austin, along with a B.A. in Humanities from Yale University.
