Beth Joson is an innovative and collaborative technical writer, information designer, and content strategist with extensive experience in documentation for complex software products. Beth has worked with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, targeted documentation in Agile environments, utilizing DITA, XML, and HTML. Throughout their career, they have held various roles, including Staff Technical Writer at Serena Software and currently as Lead Technical Writer at Salesforce, where they oversee content strategy and produce diverse content types for the MuleSoft Trailhead platform. Beth’s strong focus on customer experience and continuous improvement underscores their commitment to enhancing software usability and documentation quality. They have pursued post-graduate studies at San Francisco State University and earned a BS from Western Kentucky University.
