They previously held various positions in companies like Kareo and ADP, where they significantly increased sales and developed innovative processes. Brett also owned their own consulting firm, Evans Sales Coaching and Consulting, offering sales strategy expertise to a range of businesses. They hold a degree in Theology from Indiana Bible College.
