Caitlin Mann

Caitlin Mann is the Senior Director of Learning & Enablement for Technology, Marketing, and Products at Salesforce, where they lead a team focused on developing and managing learning programs that support strategic business initiatives. Previous roles at Salesforce include positions such as Senior Program Manager and Director of T&P Innovation & Learning, where they emphasized continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization. Caitlin has also volunteered as a Board Member for the Tucson Community Justice Board, assisting at-risk teens in decision-making processes. They earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Arizona and are currently pursuing a Change Management Certification from Prosci.
