Carson Sandy

Carson Sandy is currently the Director of Research & Insights at Salesforce, where they leverage their expertise in people strategy and analytics. Carson previously held various roles in analytics and psychometrics, including Director of People Analytics at Zendesk and Research Scientist at MotiveMetrics. They earned a PhD in Personality and Social Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Psychology from the University of Alabama. Additionally, Carson contributed to academia as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant during their studies at the University of Texas at Austin.
