Casey Cook

Casey Cook is a seasoned leader in reliability and infrastructure engineering, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Salesforce since 2023. Previously, they held various roles at Salesforce, including Principal Site Reliability Engineer and Senior Manager of Software Engineering, and they contributed as a Founding Engineer and Systems Architect at Zetta Inc from 2008 to 2018. Casey also worked as a Systems Engineering Manager at Shutterfly and began their career as a Systems Engineer at eBay/Shopping.com from 2003 to 2006. They earned a BA in Computer Science and History from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2002.
