Chi Ejim is the Director of Solution Engineering at Salesforce, where they lead a team focused on the Communications & Media industry and manage projects to help enterprise customers resolve complex business challenges with technology. Prior to their current role, Chi held positions at Salesforce as a Senior Manager and Principal Solution Engineer, as well as with Slalom Consulting, Astadia, Accenture, and IBM, accumulating extensive experience in solution engineering and technical architecture. Chi is currently pursuing a BASc in Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto.
