Dan Kincaid is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and deployment processes. Beginning his career as a Network Administrator at Quality Office Systems, Kincaid transitioned to various roles, including Help Desk Analyst at Volt Technical Resources and Global Help Desk Analyst at Mentor Graphics. Kincaid led the Windows 7 Deployment Team at Kipe Technology Resources, refining the deployment process and overseeing contractor training. At Salesforce, Kincaid served as a Techforce Analyst and later as a Senior Success Agent, providing premier support for numerous applications and liaising with product teams. Kincaid holds a degree in English Language and Literature from Portland State University.
