Daniel Neumann

Daniel Neumann is currently a Senior Experience Architect at Salesforce, where they are part of a multidisciplinary team focused on enhancing customer relationships and driving growth. They previously held the role of Experience Architect at Salesforce and served as a Product Lead at ORBIT, leading product initiatives and operational excellence. With over 15 years of experience, Daniel has also worked as a Managing Consultant at IBM iX, where they guided organizations through digital transformation with a human-centered approach. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Production from Kiel University of Applied Sciences and a Master of Science in IT Product Design from the University of Southern Denmark.
