They have held key positions across various companies, including serving as Head of Technology Quality at Wonga.com, where they managed engineering teams and ensured compliance with UK Financial Conduct Authority regulations. Daragh's experience also includes roles as Senior Manager at Salesforce and Director of Software Development at Hertz, where they shaped agile practices and built high-performing teams. They hold a BA in Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc in Computing Science from The University of Stirling.
