David Ryan is currently the Escalation Senior Manager for the CIC Sev 1 Team at Salesforce, where they lead critical issue resolutions across all cloud products. Previously, David managed the Core Developer Support Team in Dublin after serving as a Principal Tier 3 Developer Support Engineer at Salesforce and working with SAP as a Support Engineer. David has earned multiple Salesforce certifications and has completed Salesforce's FY20 Accelerate Program for People Management. With a background in game development and web technologies, they also have extensive experience in mentoring and process improvement within technical support environments. David holds a First Class Honours Bachelor's degree in Computing from LIT Tipperary.
