Dilip Pai

Dilip Pai is the Vice President of Engineering at Salesforce, focusing on the Hyperforce Development Platform. With over 20 years of experience in software product development, including 15 years in management, Dilip has contributed to multiple products at Salesforce and previously at Microsoft. They have a strong background in building and managing large teams, defining product vision and strategy, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products. Currently, Dilip oversees Continuous Deployment efforts at Salesforce, managing development and operations related to deployment platforms. Dilip holds a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo.
