Dun Lu is currently a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce, leading the development of an advanced intelligence platform that enhances service observability and streamlines troubleshooting through real-time analytical insights and machine learning-powered anomaly detection. Prior to this role, Dun served as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce from 2019 to 2022, where they built data streaming pipelines using Kafka, Flink, Spark, and Druid. Dun’s experience also includes a tenure as a Senior Software Engineer at PlayStation from 2018 to 2019, where they contributed to highly scalable monitoring systems and a universal search platform. Dun holds a Master of Engineering degree from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Engineering from Central South University.
