Ellen Hindson is an experienced Customer Success Manager at Salesforce since July 2025, with a strong background in client engagement and success. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Client Success Manager & Engagement Manager at InvestorFlow and Client Success Manager at Cloud Theory, as well as serving as a Salesforce Consultant. Ellen began a career in client administration at Patron Technology and later worked as a Salesforce Administrator and Education Specialist at Leap Event Technology, where notable accomplishments included leading large-scale training projects for over 50 clients. As Co-Founder of Trade Winds Ensemble, Ellen organized impactful creativity workshops, exceeding fundraising goals consistently. Additionally, experience as an Oboe Instructor at Virtu.Academy and Substitute Oboist with the San Diego Symphony reflects a commitment to education and musical excellence. Ellen holds a Master’s degree in Oboe Performance from The New School and a Bachelor of Music in Oboe Performance from the University of Minnesota.
