Eric Welch has over 20 years of experience in media, focusing on social media strategy, management, media relations, and television production. Currently, Eric serves as the Senior Manager of Social Media at Salesforce, where they oversee comprehensive social media management including strategy, content execution, and metrics analysis. In 2019, Eric founded 4 Story Media, collaborating with various clients to enhance their social media presence. Prior to Salesforce, Eric held significant roles at FOX Sports South, where they developed strategic communication plans, and at Turner Sports, where they produced content for major sporting events. Eric's educational background includes a BA in Communications from Western Illinois University and an MS in Sport Management from Northern Illinois University.
