Fernando Fontes is a Certified Senior Solution Engineer currently serving as a Lead Solution Engineer at Salesforce. With a strong background in IT consulting and pre-sales within the Telco and Hi-Tech industries, they previously held a Senior Manager position at Accenture, where they built trust-based relationships with C-level executives and led significant digital transformation projects. Having begun their career as a Programmer at Medidata Informática S/A, they also served as a Digital Transformation Manager at Accenture Brasil, significantly expanding the firm's operations in Latin America. Fernando earned a degree in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and has been fluent in three languages since relocating to Germany in 2015.
