Gary Patterson is a Field Service Thought Leader specializing in Salesforce Solution Architecture for Manufacturing and Service Organizations. With over a decade of experience as a Field Service Software Consultant, Gary has helped numerous SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise organizations across the US and Canada improve operational efficiencies. Previously, Gary served in various consulting roles at Uptima, Nubik, and Diabsolut Inc, and worked at Salesforce as a Solution Architect since 2022. Having begun their career as a front-line field worker, Gary's firsthand experiences fuel a passion for optimizing Field Service software and enhancing the productivity of teams. Outside of work, Gary enjoys engaging in construction and remodeling projects, as well as playing puzzles and board games with friends and family.
