Grayson Swaim

Grayson Swaim is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in operations, data analysis, and leadership. Beginning as an Operations Executive Group Leader at Target, Grayson oversaw a distribution center servicing over 130 stores and coached experienced team members. Grayson also has a strong background in communications, as demonstrated through roles at Hear Indiana and various leadership positions during college, including President of the Parliamentary Union. Grayson earned a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Wabash College and recently completed an MBA at Western Governors University.
