Haidee Kozman

Haidee Kozman is the SVP and COO for Salesforce ANZ, with a wealth of experience in the fast-paced IT industry across the Asia Pacific region. Previously, they served as the Chief Operating Officer for Qualtrics and held various senior roles at IBM and Amazon Web Services. Haidee has a strong background in business planning, go-to-market strategy, and operational rigor, alongside managing high-performing diverse teams globally. They hold memberships with the Australian Institute of Company Directors and CPA Australia.
