Hank Wu is a Cloud Evangelist and Team Lead at Salesforce, specializing in CRM and digital transformation. With over 15 years of experience, Hank has consistently achieved recognition as a top performer, including being a member of the Peak Performers Club and receiving multiple awards, such as the GCR Champion Award and VTO Rockstar. Prior to their current role, Hank held positions at IBM, Procter & Gamble, and Fubon Financial Holding Co., Ltd., where they honed their expertise in account management, strategic planning, and human resources. Hank has a degree from National Taiwan University and is also a mentor and coach, dedicated to giving back to the community through various Salesforce initiatives.
