Ido Mor is a seasoned design leader with over 20 years of experience in launching innovative products and building high-performing teams. Currently serving as the Senior Director of User Experience Design at Salesforce, Ido leads a globally distributed team and oversees various projects, including Sales Cloud's Revenue Intelligence and exploratory initiatives. Previously, Ido held strategic roles at Capital One, where they developed the Financial Wellbeing framework and led design strategy efforts. Ido has also contributed to education as an Adjunct Faculty Member at CEDIM México and has garnered experience at IDEO and Cheskin Added Value, among others. They hold an MFA in Industrial Design and a Master of Design in Design Planning, both earned with honors.
