Ignacio Arnedo

Ignacio Arnedo is a Senior Manager Solution Engineer at Salesforce, where they lead the Service Cloud, Field Service, and Slack Solutions Engineer teams in Spain and Portugal. They began their professional career in 2010 at Simach, where they led a project developing a detector for Internet risk behaviors in children. Ignacio has since worked at various companies, including Indra and Capgemini, where they gained extensive experience in project management and presales.
