James Malone

James Malone is a Strategic Account Manager for Enterprise Accounts at Salesforce, where they utilize their extensive experience in business development for both domestic and international enterprise accounts. Prior to their current role, James served as Vice President & Managing Director at Ricoh Americas Corporation, where they held various leadership positions, demonstrating a strong track record in sales and team management. James has also worked in the Private Client Division at Merrill Lynch and held multiple roles at Lanier Worldwide, including District Manager and Sales Manager. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Penn State University and completed the Leadership Direct program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
