Jared Long

Jared Long is an accomplished Director of Product Management at Salesforce since September 2016, leading the vision for Service Cloud 3rd Party Messaging products and Service Email. With prior experience managing In-App and Web Messaging as well as Business Messenger, Jared has a robust background in product management, having initially joined Salesforce through the acquisition of HeyWire, Inc. At HeyWire, Jared contributed significantly as a Senior Product Manager, overseeing the Business Messenger product suite and managing cross-platform development teams. Additionally, Jared served as a Board Member for Kids in Tech from May 2019 to May 2022, focusing on empowering children through technology education. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Boston College.
