Jason Ding

Jason Ding is the SVP of Engineering at Salesforce. Jason has over 15 years of experience in the tech industry, including stints at Cisco and Oracle. Jason is an expert in performance benchmarking, tuning, and competitive analysis. Jason has led cross-site and cross-company teams in these efforts, and has authored numerous performance best practice white papers. Under Jason's leadership, Cisco's Unified Computing System reached $1 billion in revenue within 2.5 years of launch. Jason has received multiple awards for their leadership and expertise in Java, Middleware, and UCS Platform Performance.

Jason Ding started their educational career by studying management science and engineering at Stanford University. Jason then went on to study computer science at Texas A&M University, where they earned their Ph.D. Finally, they studied computer science at Fudan University, where they earned their MSc. and BSc.
